Founded in 2005, Mångata Fashion began as a small team specializing in seamless activewear and underwear. Headquartered in Jinhua, China, the company was driven by a shared passion for infusing fashion elements into activewear.

Over the years, Mångata Fashion has experienced significant growth. In 2010, the company made a major leap by establishing its own seamless factory, enabling it to scale operations and meet the increasing demand for its products. Today, Mångata Fashion employs over 400 people globally. In 2020, the company expanded into the cut-and-sew activewear business. This move was in response to a growing number of clients who were fully satisfied with the company’s service and seeking a comprehensive, one-stop solution.

Mångata Fashion has consistently adapted to the changing industry landscape. The company has integrated its facilities to meet the needs of rapidly expanding online brands and e-commerce platforms, while continuing to serve traditional, well-known retailers.

Even some client don’t require any lab test, we still conduct rigorous lab tests ensuring they meet our client’s high standards for pilling resistance, abrasion resistance, color fastness, and shrinkage. ISO 9001:2015 certification of our facilities underscores the strength of our quality management systems. We welocome any Third-party auditors like SGS/ITS/TUV etc to conduct final inspections before each order ships.⁣

Our Process Setup is Optimized for Mass Production

Step 1-Handle Customer’s Inquiry

Send us an inquiry and share more details about your projects, and our dedicated team will handle it.

Step 2 -Make Quotation

If your project is suitable for our standard MOQ and production, then we offer an initial quotation based on the techpack, selected fabric quality, and quantity.

Step 3 -Sample Development

After the customer’s approval of the quotation, we proceed with sample development to confirm quality before starting bulk production.

Step 4 -Bulk Production

Following order confirmation and a deposit, we initiate bulk production with all specifications carefully followed.

Step 5 -Quality Control

We follow strictly our QC procedures, ensuring 100% in-line and end-line inspections. We apply AQL 2.5 and AQL 1.5 for final inspections.

Step 6 -Packaging & Shipping

Once the quality is confirmed, the finished products are carefully packaged and shipped in bulk to your warehouse.
